2. Definitions

3. Eligibility & Registration

If we reasonably suspect or determine that a Player is under the age of 21, the Account will be immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation. 3.2. Eligibility Criteria

3.3. Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete the registration form by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Contact telephone number;
• Preferred currency (EUR);
• Chosen username and secure password.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4. One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual – whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities.

3.5. KYC Verification

We are required to verify the identity of all Players before permitting withdrawals or at any other time at our discretion. The KYC process may include submission of the following documents:

4. Account Management

4.1. Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share them with any third party. 4.2. Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Following this period, we may apply an inactivity administration fee as detailed in the fee schedule published on the Website, provided the Real Money Balance does not fall below zero. Players will be notified in advance by email. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period without further notice.

4.3. Account Closure by Player

4.4. Account Closure by Supabet

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or cheating;
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or automated tools;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1. Currency

The Platform operates in Euro (EUR / €). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonuses, and wagers are denominated in EUR unless otherwise specified.

6.2. Eligibility

• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per promotion period unless otherwise stated;

6.3. Wagering Requirements

6.5. Bonus Rules

6.5.2. Order of Play: Bonus Funds are typically wagered after the Real Money Balance is depleted unless otherwise specified.

6.5.3. Abuse: We reserve the right to cancel any bonus and void related winnings if we reasonably determine that a Player is exploiting or abusing any promotion, including but not limited to coordinated bonus abuse, matched betting, or use of automated tools.

6.5.4. Withdrawal Before Completion: Withdrawing funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

6.6. Free Spins

Free spins are credited to specified games only. Winnings from free spins are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Unused free spins expire after the period specified in the promotion.

6.7. Supabet’s Right to Modify Promotions

7. Games & Fair Play

7.1. Game Availability

7.2. Random Number Generator (RNG)

7.4. Game Malfunctions

9. Intellectual Property

9.3. User-Generated Content

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. “As Is” Provision

10.2. Exclusion of Liability

10.3. Maximum Liability Cap

In any event, our aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4. Force Majeure

14.2. Severability

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Supabet to be effective.

14.4. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, provided that such assignment does not materially diminish your rights hereunder.
