Responsible Gaming
Version: 1.0 | Last Updated: 31 July 2026
At Supabet, we believe that gambling should always be an enjoyable, controlled, and voluntary activity. While the vast majority of our Players engage with our Platform responsibly for entertainment purposes, we acknowledge that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. This Responsible Gaming Policy outlines our commitment to player protection and the tools, resources, and support we make available to help you stay in control.
This document forms part of our overall legal framework alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Our Commitment
1.1. A Safe Gaming Environment
Supabet is firmly committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We take proactive steps to prevent problem gambling, protect vulnerable individuals, and ensure that minors cannot access our Platform. Our responsible gaming framework is built on four pillars: prevention, protection, education, and support.
1.2. Our Principles
Our responsible gaming approach is guided by the following core principles:
- Gambling is a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties;
- Every Player has the right to set personal limits on their gambling activity;
- We will never knowingly permit underage individuals to register or play on our Platform;
- We will always provide access to responsible gaming tools without restriction or delay;
- We treat Players seeking help with respect, empathy, and confidentiality;
- We train our Customer Support team to recognise and respond appropriately to signs of problem gambling.
2. Recognizing Problem Gambling
2.1. Warning Signs
Problem gambling can affect anyone. Recognising the early warning signs is an important first step toward seeking help. Consider whether any of the following statements apply to you:
- You spend more money or time gambling than you originally intended;
- You find yourself thinking about gambling frequently, even when doing other activities;
- You gamble to escape feelings of stress, anxiety, depression, or personal problems;
- You chase losses — continuing to gamble in an attempt to recover money you have lost;
- You lie to family members, friends, or colleagues about the extent of your gambling;
- You feel restless, irritable, or anxious when you try to cut back or stop gambling;
- Gambling has negatively affected your personal relationships, work performance, or financial stability;
- You have borrowed money, sold possessions, or used funds reserved for essential expenses in order to gamble;
- You have made repeated unsuccessful attempts to control, cut back, or stop gambling;
- You feel a compulsive urge to return to gambling shortly after finishing a session, regardless of the outcome.
If you answered “yes” to any of the above, we strongly encourage you to take immediate action. Use one of the player protection tools described in Section 3, or contact one of the support organisations listed in Section 6.
3. Player Protection Tools
3.1. Deposit Limits
You may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you are permitted to deposit into your Account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Any request to reduce a deposit limit is applied immediately. Any request to increase a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before it takes effect, ensuring that decisions to increase limits are made with full deliberation.
3.2. Loss Limits
Loss limits allow you to cap the total net losses you may incur over a defined period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Once your loss limit is reached, you will not be permitted to place further wagers until the limit period resets. As with deposit limits, reductions take immediate effect while increases are subject to a review period.
3.3. Session Time Limits
You may set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. When your session time limit is reached, you will receive a clear notification and will be automatically logged out of the Platform. This tool helps prevent extended, unplanned gaming sessions.
3.4. Reality Checks
Reality check reminders can be configured to appear at regular intervals during your gaming session (e.g., every 30 minutes, 1 hour). These notifications display information about the duration of your current session and your net position, prompting you to reflect on your gaming activity.
3.5. Cooling-Off Period
A cooling-off period is a temporary pause from gambling, lasting from 24 hours up to six (6) weeks. During a cooling-off period:
- You will not be able to log in to your Account or place wagers;
- You will not receive any promotional or marketing communications from us;
- All pending deposits will be blocked;
- No new bonuses will be credited to your Account.
At the end of the cooling-off period, your Account will be automatically reactivated unless you have requested an extension or full self-exclusion.
3.6. Self-Exclusion
If you feel that you need a more significant break from gambling, you may request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is available for periods of six (6) months, one (1) year, two (2) years, five (5) years, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period:
- Your Account will be immediately closed and inaccessible;
- All marketing communications will be permanently blocked for the duration;
- Any remaining Real Money Balance will be refunded to your registered payment method;
- Any active Bonus Funds at the time of exclusion will be forfeited;
- You will not be permitted to open a new Account during the exclusion period.
Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the end of the selected period. After the self-exclusion period expires, you may request Account reactivation, which is subject to a mandatory reconsideration period. To request self-exclusion, contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] or use the in-Account Responsible Gaming tools.
3.7. Accessing Responsible Gaming Tools
All responsible gaming tools are accessible directly within your Account under the “Responsible Gaming” or “Player Safety” section, or by contacting our Customer Support team at any time.
4. Tips for Responsible Gambling
4.1. Healthy Gambling Habits
We encourage all Players to adopt the following habits to keep gambling enjoyable and within healthy boundaries:
- Set a budget before you play and stick to it. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose;
- Treat gambling as entertainment, not as a way to make money or recover financial losses;
- Set time limits for your gaming sessions and take regular breaks;
- Do not gamble when stressed, upset, or under the influence of alcohol or substances, as these states impair judgment;
- Balance gambling with other leisure activities and social relationships;
- Never borrow money to gamble, and never use funds intended for essential expenses such as rent, food, or bills;
- Understand the games you play — know the odds, RTP percentages, and house edge before placing wagers;
- Accept that losing is part of gambling — chasing losses rarely ends well and often leads to further losses.
5. Protection of Minors
5.1. Minimum Age Policy
Our Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and older. We employ robust age verification measures during the registration process and at the point of withdrawal, and we conduct ongoing monitoring to detect potential underage account usage. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.
5.2. Guidance for Parents and Guardians
If you share a device with minors, we strongly recommend the following measures to prevent underage access to gambling platforms:
- Always log out of your Account when not in use and never share your login credentials;
- Enable parental control software on shared devices (such as the Greek government’s Kids Wallet application or other parental control tools);
- Keep your payment methods secure and inaccessible to minors;
- Discuss the risks of gambling openly and age-appropriately with younger family members.
5.3. Reporting Suspected Underage Access
If you believe that a minor has accessed or is accessing our Platform, please report this immediately to our Customer Support team at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action promptly.
